Philemon Dyamini, a resident of Lilayi Road in Lusaka, has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving and failing to change ownership following an accident involving Chief Justice Mumba Malila’s official motor vehicle and three others.
The incident occurred on August 30, 2024, around 6:30 PM, when Dyamini allegedly drove his BMW, registration number BAP 3706, recklessly on Independence Avenue.
Reports indicate he lost control of the vehicle due to excessive speed, resulting in a multi-car collision.
